We are the first legal services organization in Hubei Province to obtain confidential military-related qualifications and are designated as one of the "First Tier" bankruptcy administrators by the Supreme People's Court of Hubei Province.
Currently, Yingda Law Firm boasts 11 senior partners, 60 practicing lawyers, 2 management support staff, and numerous administrative support personnel. Among our practicing lawyers, 7 hold doctoral degrees, and 26 hold master's degrees. Seventeen of our lawyers have advanced (including law professors and researchers) and intermediate legal professional titles. One lawyer holds professional qualifications in China, New York State, and New South Wales, Australia. Five lawyers are qualified to serve as independent directors of Chinese listed companies. The firm as well as five lawyers have been selected as experts in the Hubei Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Department of Finance's PPP expert pool. Furthermore, Yingda has engaged several domestic and foreign experts as senior (consulting) advisors in areas such as civil and commercial law, criminal law, securities law, tax law, bankruptcy law, intellectual property, competition law, and provides timely and strong theoretical support to our lawyers in solving litigation, arbitration disputes, non-litigation business, and cutting-edge legal issues in practice.

We were granted the title of "National Outstanding Law Firm" by the Chinese Ministry of Justice and the All-China Lawyers Association (among 103 firms nationwide). We were also recognized as one of the "Top Ten Law Firms in Hubei Province and Wuhan City" by the Hubei Provincial Department of Justice and the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Justice. The firm collectively received the "May Day Labor Award" from the Wuhan General Labor Union. Five lawyers received the second-class merit from the Hubei Provincial Department of Justice, and four lawyers received the third-class merit from the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Justice. One lawyer was honored with the title of "National Outstanding Lawyer," and six lawyers were recognized as outstanding lawyers in the province and city. One lawyer was named one of the "Top Ten Outstanding Youth of Wuhan" and received the honorary title of "Exemplar of the Wuhan Spirit" from the Communist Party of China Wuhan Municipal Committee. Six lawyers served as members of government lawyer advisory committees at provincial, municipal, and district levels, and three lawyers acted as representatives and members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and People's Congress at provincial, municipal, and district levels. Additionally, four lawyers served as arbitrators.

The committee, a step forward, also acts as the stewardship of the firm and the oversight of the implementation of the strategy. The Committee's remit covers matters pertaining to the firm’s culture and values and it acts as guardian of the firm on behalf of the Partnership.
